What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, no designated supplier will make payments to Focus Cfo from franchisee purchases. This means that Focus Cfo does not receive any direct financial benefit from the purchases that franchisees make from approved or required suppliers.

However, Focus CFO franchisees are required to purchase a package of IT services from C-Forward and Sandler Sales Training from The Ruby Group. These required purchases represent approximately 1-3% of the total purchases made when establishing and operating the franchised business. Focus CFO retains the right to mandate that franchisees purchase equipment, products, services, and/or supplies exclusively from Focus CFO, its affiliates, or designated suppliers or distributors.

While Focus Cfo does not receive direct payments from these suppliers, franchisees should be aware of the potential for indirect benefits or influence that Focus Cfo might have with these suppliers. It is a common practice in franchising to ensure quality control and brand consistency through designated suppliers, but franchisees should evaluate whether the pricing and terms offered by these suppliers are competitive.
