What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Local Group Meetings are conducted by the local Focus Cfo Area Presidents. Each Area President has at least 25 years of experience as a business leader. These meetings may be in-person or virtual, and franchisees are responsible for their own travel expenses if the meetings are in person.
These Local Group Meetings are optional, but Focus Cfo invites franchisees to attend them monthly. The FDD also mentions other optional training meetings, such as "All Hands Meetings" held twice per year and "All AP" training and planning sessions also held twice per year. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses for these optional meetings.
It is common practice in the franchise industry for franchisors to provide ongoing training and support to franchisees. These Local Group Meetings are one way that Focus Cfo provides this support, by allowing franchisees to connect with experienced Area Presidents and other franchisees in their local area. This can be a valuable resource for franchisees as they grow their businesses.
