Who conducts the Focus Cfo Initial Training modules?

According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training modules are conducted by Brad Martyn, the Managing Member of Focus CFO Holdings, LLC, and other members of the Focus Cfo team. Brad Martyn has over 20 years of experience in the CFO services industry and over 35 years of business experience.

The initial training is delivered online through the Playbook. This Playbook contains confidential and proprietary information, mandatory specifications, standards and procedures, and rules that Focus Cfo periodically prescribes for Franchisees. It also includes continually updated best practice and resource centers that each Franchisee must comply with.

The initial training program focuses on Focus Cfo's standard business development process and client delivery best practices. It starts with the required sections of the Playbook, which typically takes 20-30 hours to review. Franchisees must complete this initial training program to Focus Cfo's satisfaction.

In addition to the initial training, Focus Cfo offers ongoing training programs such as the Focus CFO Mastery Program, Climb the Mountain® Workshop, and Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions, which are led by other members of the Focus Cfo team.
