What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the compensation policy specifies that Focus CFO determines the "home Region" for Area Presidents. This definition is relevant when an Area President borrows a CFO from another Area President's Marketing Team.
Specifically, if a CFO is borrowed from a Marketing Team outside the Area President's home Region, a five percent (5%) deduction applies to the amount paid to the Area President for the life of the account. This amount is then paid to the Area President whose Marketing Team the CFO belongs to. The same deduction applies if the CFO is borrowed from a Marketing Team inside the Area President's home Region, but only if the CFO was recruited by the lending Area President after November 1, 2022.
Exceptions to these rules are addressed by the Focus CFO Integrator/President on a case-by-case basis. This policy is designed to compensate Area Presidents for contributing CFOs to other teams and to manage resource allocation within the Focus CFO network.
