What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Climb the Mountain® Workshop is held in person at a location within the United States. This workshop is a required training program that reinforces best practices introduced in the initial training. Focus Cfo offers this workshop at least twice a year.
Focus Cfo franchisees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, food, and other out-of-pocket expenses to attend the Climb the Mountain® Workshop. The workshop itself consists of 8 to 10 hours of training over two days.
In addition to the Climb the Mountain® Workshop, Focus Cfo franchisees are required to attend other training programs, including the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which consists of six 90-minute virtual sessions, and Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions, which are held virtually on the second Tuesday of each month during the first year.
