What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the "All Hands Meetings" is not required. While all franchisees are invited to attend these meetings, Focus Cfo specifies that attendance is optional. These meetings are held twice per year, once virtually in the spring and in-person in Columbus, Ohio, in the fall.
However, Focus Cfo franchisees are required to attend other training sessions. During the franchisee's first year, they must attend Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions, which are 60-minute virtual sessions held on the second Tuesday of each month. New franchisees must also attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program, consisting of six 90-minute virtual sessions held twice a month, and one Climb the Mountain® Workshop, an in-person workshop offered at least twice a year.
Franchisees should note that while attendance at the "All Hands Meetings" is not mandatory, franchisees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses if they choose to attend. Furthermore, failure to meet certain performance standards, including participating in at least 75% of the total required training sessions, can lead to termination of the Franchise Agreement.
