What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Area Presidents are required to begin the Sandler Sales Training program within 120 days of signing their Franchise Agreement. This training is conducted through Focus Cfo's approved vendor and includes a Bootcamp, as well as a minimum of eleven months of reinforcement training and coaching.
Focus Cfo covers the costs of the Sandler Sales Training program for Area Presidents through the first eleven months of reinforcement training and coaching. If an Area President chooses to continue with the reinforcement training and coaching beyond the initial eleven-month period, they will be responsible for covering 100% of the monthly costs.
The FDD states that the cost of the Sandler Sales Training can range from $0 to $550 per month. In addition to the training fees, Area Presidents are responsible for their own travel, lodging, food, and any other out-of-pocket expenses associated with the training.
