What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All AP Sessions are held in person at a location within the United States. These sessions occur twice per year and typically last for 1-3 days. While attendance at these sessions is not mandatory, Focus CFO encourages franchisees to participate. If a franchisee chooses to attend the All AP Sessions, they will be responsible for covering their own travel expenses.
In addition to the All AP Sessions, Focus CFO offers other training programs and meetings. These include the Focus CFO Mastery Program, Climb the Mountain Workshop, Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions, and monthly local group meetings. These meetings are held either virtually or in-person at various locations, including Columbus, Ohio, and local regions.
Focus CFO also provides initial training online through the Playbook, which is conducted by Brad Martyn, Managing Member of Focus CFO Holdings, LLC, and other members of the Focus CFO team. Sandler Sales Training is conducted by The Ruby Group, and CEPA Training is conducted by The Exit Planning Institute. Cybersecurity training is provided by Focus CFO through their IT vendor.
