Additionally, you are invited to attend certain optional training meetings.
You are invited to attend "All AP" training and planning sessions currently held twice per year. Two sessions are held in person at a location in the United States. You are responsible for your own travel expenses for these sessions if you choose to attend.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All AP Sessions are held in person at a location within the United States. These sessions occur twice per year and typically last between 1 to 3 days. While attendance to these sessions is not mandatory, Focus CFO encourages franchisees to participate. Franchisees who choose to attend the All AP Sessions are responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from the designated location.
These All AP Sessions are conducted by Brad Martyn and/or David Tramontana, President. Brad Martyn, Managing Member of Focus CFO Holdings, LLC, has over 20 years of experience in the CFO services industry and over 35 years of business experience. David Tramontana has 6 years of experience with Focus CFO and over 25 years of business experience.
In addition to All AP Sessions, Focus Cfo offers a variety of other training programs and meetings, some of which are mandatory and some optional. These include the Focus CFO Mastery Program (virtual), the Climb the Mountain® Workshop (in-person within the United States), Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions (virtual), and monthly local group meetings (either in-person or virtual).
