What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Focalpoint Coaching can establish minimum standards for staff conduct and client relations, and can also adjust insurance coverage requirements. Specifically, Focalpoint Coaching may set standards for ensuring that the franchisee's staff preserves good client relations and provides competent, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. These standards are communicated through the Operations Manual or in writing.

Additionally, Focalpoint Coaching retains the right to modify insurance requirements during the franchise term. This includes periodically increasing coverage amounts or requiring different or additional insurance coverages. These changes can be made to reflect inflation, new risk identification, changes in law or liability standards, or higher damage awards.

For a prospective Focalpoint Coaching franchisee, this means that the operational standards and insurance costs can change over time. It is important to stay updated with any modifications communicated by Focalpoint Coaching and to factor in potential increases in insurance expenses when planning the business budget. Franchisees should maintain open communication with Focalpoint Coaching to understand the reasons behind any changes and how they impact the business.
