What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, training occurs after you sign the Franchise Agreement and while you are developing the Franchised Business. The franchisee (or their managing owner) or their Business Manager must complete initial training to Focalpoint Coaching's satisfaction before they may open and begin operating their Franchised Business.

Focalpoint Coaching aims to be flexible in scheduling training to accommodate their personnel, the franchisee, and the franchisee's personnel. The initial training program is currently conducted online, but Focalpoint Coaching may require attendance in person in San Diego, California, or another designated location, at their discretion.

Before the Franchised Business opens, Focalpoint Coaching will train the franchisee (or their managing owner) or their Business Manager on operating a Focalpoint Coaching Franchised Business. This training consists of approximately 44 hours either online or in-person, depending on Focalpoint Coaching's opinion of the franchisee's experience and needs. If the franchisee (or their managing owner) or their Business Manager cannot complete initial training to Focalpoint Coaching's satisfaction, Focalpoint Coaching may terminate the Franchise Agreement and may refund a portion of the initial franchise fee.
