What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the training fee for non-coaching personnel is due immediately upon receipt of an invoice from Focalpoint Coaching. The initial training fee is $5,000 per person for any non-coaching personnel that Focalpoint Coaching approves for training.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for their personnel attending the training. However, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the costs of supplied food and reasonable lodging during the training program.
This fee structure and payment timing are typical in the franchise industry, where initial and ongoing training is a key component of maintaining brand standards and operational consistency. Franchisees should factor in these training costs, including both the fee itself and associated travel expenses, when budgeting for their initial investment and ongoing operational expenses.
