What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training fee for associates does cover the cost of supplied food during the training. The franchisee, however, is responsible for all travel and living expenses for their attendees.
Specifically, the FDD states that the initial training fee for each associate or new business manager is $16,950. This fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. In addition to the fee, the franchisee must cover the travel and lodging costs for their personnel attending the training.
However, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the costs of supplied food and reasonable lodging expenses while the attendee participates in the initial training. This is a notable benefit, as it can help to offset some of the costs associated with training new personnel. Franchisees should budget carefully for travel and any costs not covered by Focalpoint Coaching.
