What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must pay a training fee for each Associate or Business Manager they hire or retain. The initial training fee is $16,950 per person. This fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice from Focalpoint Coaching.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for the individuals attending the training. However, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the costs of supplied food and reasonable lodging expenses while the attendee participates in the initial training program.
It is important to note that this training fee is specifically for Associates and Business Managers. Focalpoint Coaching also charges a training fee of $5,000 per person for non-coaching personnel. Furthermore, additional training or assistance may be provided at a rate not to exceed $1,000 per person per day.
