What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Fee is due in two installments. The first annual payment of the Technology Fee must be paid in a lump sum when you sign the Franchise Agreement. After the first year, starting in Month 13 after the Effective Date, the Technology Fee is due annually on or before November 30th of each year.
