What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees (or their managing owner), their Business Manager, and/or other previously trained and experienced employees may be required to attend and complete various training courses. These courses can be provided either online or in-person at designated times and locations determined by Focalpoint Coaching.

In addition to these courses, Focalpoint Coaching may also require franchisees to attend an annual national meeting and an annual regional meeting of all Focalpoint Coaching franchise owners. However, in-person attendance at these annual meetings will not exceed five days during any calendar year. Franchisees are responsible for covering all associated travel, living expenses, and wages incurred while attending these courses and meetings.

Focalpoint Coaching may also require that the franchisee's associates and non-coaching employees satisfactorily complete the initial and ongoing training programs. The franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred by themselves, their associates, non-coaching employees, and any other employees during these training courses and programs. The franchisee also agrees to assist Focalpoint Coaching in training other Focalpoint Coaching franchise owners and will be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses for providing this assistance.
