All advertising and promotion by Franchisees must be completely factual and conform to the highest standards of ethical advertising.

In all dealings with clients, suppliers, Focalpoint Coaching, and the public, the Franchised Business must adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, fair dealing, and ethical conduct. Franchisees must also refrain from any business or advertising practice which may be injurious to Focalpoint Coaching's business and the goodwill associated with the Marks and other Focalpoint Coaching Franchised Businesses. These standards collectively ensure that each Focalpoint Coaching franchise operates in a way that upholds the brand's reputation and attracts and retains clients.
