Does Focalpoint Coaching reserve the right to operate Focalpoint Coaching Franchised Businesses at school campuses?

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Focalpoint Coaching retains specific rights regarding the operation of Focalpoint Coaching Franchised Businesses. Specifically, Focalpoint Coaching reserves the right to operate, and to grant others the right to operate Focalpoint Coaching Franchised Businesses at "Non-Traditional Sites" within and outside the Territory on any terms and conditions Focalpoint Coaching deems appropriate.

"Non-Traditional Sites" are defined as locations that generate customer traffic flow independent from the surrounding area's general customer traffic flow. These sites include, but are not limited to, military bases, major industrial or office complexes, hotels, hospitals, and school campuses. This means that Focalpoint Coaching could potentially operate a franchise or allow another franchisee to operate on a school campus, even if it is within your protected territory.

Even though a franchisee is granted a territory, Focalpoint Coaching can still operate or authorize others to operate within that territory at these non-traditional sites.
