What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training fees are required for specific employee roles. A franchisee must pay $16,950 per person for each Associate they hire or retain, as well as for new Business Managers approved by Focalpoint Coaching. For non-coaching personnel that Focalpoint Coaching approves, the initial training fee is $5,000 per person. These fees are due immediately upon receipt of an invoice.

In addition to the training fees, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for their employees attending the training. However, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the costs of supplied food and reasonable lodging during the initial training programs.

Focalpoint Coaching may also charge for initial training of more than one person, training for newly hired personnel, refresher courses, and any additional or special assistance or training requested by the franchisee. These additional training fees cannot exceed $1,000 per person per day and are due when the training or assistance begins. The franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses related to these additional training courses, with Focalpoint Coaching covering food and lodging for initial training attendees for whom the initial training fee has been received.
