What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a training fee is required for new Business Managers that are approved by Focalpoint Coaching. The initial training fee is $16,950 per person, which must be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for the Business Manager attending the training. However, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the costs of supplied food and reasonable lodging during the initial training program.
Focalpoint Coaching may also charge fees for additional training or assistance needed or requested, which will not exceed $1,000 per person per day. The franchisee is responsible for travel and living expenses related to additional training courses, although Focalpoint Coaching will cover supplied food and reasonable lodging expenses for attendees to initial training for whom the initial training fee has been received.
