What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee seeking to renew their franchise for a successor term must pay a renewal fee. This fee is $5,000, plus any applicable taxes.
To be eligible for renewal, the franchisee must have substantially complied with the existing Franchise Agreement throughout its term. They must also be in full compliance with the agreement and all Focalpoint Coaching System Standards both when they provide written notice of their intent to renew and on the date the successor franchise term is set to begin.
Additionally, if the Focalpoint Coaching office is in a non-residential location, the franchisee must either maintain and remodel/expand the office to meet current System Standards or secure a substitute office that meets these standards. The renewal fee must be submitted along with the franchisee's written notice of their election to acquire a successor franchise.
