What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must pay the renewal fee when providing written notice of their election to acquire a successor franchise. The renewal fee for a Focalpoint Coaching successor franchise is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000), plus applicable taxes.

To be eligible for a successor franchise, the franchisee must have substantially complied with the existing agreement and all system standards during its term. Compliance must be maintained both when giving notice of election and on the date the successor franchise term commences. If the Focalpoint Coaching office is in a non-residential location, the franchisee must maintain possession and agree to remodel or expand the office to comply with current system standards, or secure a substitute office that meets these standards.

If these conditions are met, the franchisee has the option to acquire a successor franchise term of seven years, commencing immediately upon the expiration of the current agreement. The franchisee must sign the current form of the franchise agreement, which may differ materially from the original, including royalty and fund contribution amounts. The territory, however, will remain the same.
