What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Focalpoint Coaching provides the training. The franchisee must pay Focalpoint Coaching an initial training fee of $16,950 per person for each Associate they hire or retain and for new Business Managers who Focalpoint Coaching approves. Additionally, the franchisee must pay Focalpoint Coaching an initial training fee of $5,000 per person for training any non-coaching personnel who Focalpoint Coaching approves.
The franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for their attendees during training. However, Focalpoint Coaching will cover all supplied food and reasonable lodging expenses while the attendee participates in the initial training.
Focalpoint Coaching also provides initial training for one person at no cost. However, Focalpoint Coaching may charge the franchisee for initial training of more than one person, for training newly hired personnel, for refresher training courses, and for additional or special assistance or training the franchisee needs or requests. The cost for additional training or assistance is set by Focalpoint Coaching or its affiliate, but will not exceed $1,000 per person per day.
