What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Focalpoint Coaching Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor retains the right to modify or discontinue specific training or advice provided to franchisees. While Focalpoint Coaching offers ongoing training and general guidance, the FDD states that providing such training or advice does not obligate Focalpoint Coaching to continue offering it in the future. This means that Focalpoint Coaching can change its training programs, consultation services, and other forms of support at its discretion.
This flexibility allows Focalpoint Coaching to adapt its methods and procedures as needed, which could be beneficial in a changing business environment. However, it also means that franchisees cannot rely on receiving the same type or level of support indefinitely. Focalpoint Coaching franchisees should stay informed about any changes to the training and support systems and be prepared to adapt their business practices accordingly.
Prospective Focalpoint Coaching franchisees should inquire about the frequency and nature of potential changes to the training and support systems. Understanding how often these changes occur and what factors drive them can help franchisees better prepare for the future and mitigate any potential disruptions to their business operations. It is important for franchisees to maintain open communication with Focalpoint Coaching to stay updated on any modifications to policies and procedures.
