According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, both the franchisee and each of the franchisee's owners must be in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and all System Standards to be eligible for a successor franchise. This compliance is assessed both when the franchisee provides written notice of their intent to acquire a successor franchise and on the date the successor franchise term would commence.

Failure to sign and deliver these documents within ten days of receipt is considered an election by the franchisee not to acquire a successor franchise.
