Are Focalpoint Coaching officers currently have any ownership interest in any approved suppliers?

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, currently, none of their officers hold any ownership interest in any of the approved suppliers. However, Focalpoint Coaching retains the right to limit the suppliers with whom franchisees may deal.

Focalpoint Coaching can institute restrictive sourcing programs, which they have already done for Proprietary Products. If a franchisee wants to use a supplier that hasn't been approved, they must submit information for evaluation, and a reasonable fee may be charged for this evaluation. Supplier approval can depend on various factors, including product quality, delivery reliability, service standards, financial capability, and a supplier's willingness to compensate FocalPoint International for the right to do business with the Focalpoint Coaching system.

Focalpoint Coaching, FocalPoint International, or any affiliate can receive payments from suppliers based on their dealings with franchisees. These amounts can be used without restriction unless otherwise agreed with the supplier. Supplier approval can be temporary, and Focalpoint Coaching may inspect a supplier's facilities to ensure they meet the required standards. However, Focalpoint Coaching is under no obligation to approve any request for a new supplier, product, or service.
