What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must maintain a competent, conscientious, and trained staff. This includes a fully-trained, full-time manager, who may be the franchisee or a business manager approved by Focalpoint Coaching, responsible for direct supervision of the franchised business.
The franchisee is required to take necessary steps to ensure that their associates and other employees preserve good client relations and render competent, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. These employees must meet the minimum standards that Focalpoint Coaching may establish from time to time in the Operations Manual or in writing.
Furthermore, the franchisee and their staff must handle all client complaints, refunds, returns, and other adjustments in a manner that does not detract from the Focalpoint Coaching brand name and goodwill. The franchisee is also responsible for informing Focalpoint Coaching of the identity of any supervisory employees acting as the Business Manager or other assistant managers. The franchisee (or managing owner) and/or the Business Manager must devote full time and efforts to the management and supervision of the Franchised Business.
