What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training fee for each new Business Manager approved by them is $16,950 per person. This fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for the Business Manager attending the training. However, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the costs of supplied food and reasonable lodging during the initial training program.
This initial training fee is also applicable to each Associate that the franchisee hires or retains. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these training costs when planning their budget and staffing needs.
