What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training fee of $16,950 is due when you sign the Franchise Agreement. This fee covers the training provided to you (or your managing owner) or your Business Manager before the Franchised Business opens.
Beyond the initial training fee, additional costs may arise. If you want more people to attend the initial training beyond the first attendee, you will have to pay Focalpoint Coaching's current training charge for each additional person. You are also responsible for covering all travel and living expenses, wages, and worker's compensation insurance for yourself, your associates, and employees when traveling to and from the training facility. However, if the initial training is in person, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the cost of supplied food and reasonable lodging expenses for your attendees while they are participating in the initial training program.
It is important to note that completing the initial training to Focalpoint Coaching's satisfaction is mandatory before you can open and begin operating your franchise. If you (or your managing owner) or your Business Manager cannot complete initial training to Focalpoint Coaching's satisfaction, Focalpoint Coaching may terminate the Franchise Agreement and may refund you a portion of the initial franchise fee.
