What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is currently conducted online. However, Focalpoint Coaching may require franchisees to attend the initial training program in person. If in-person training is required, it may be held in San Diego, California, or at another location that Focalpoint Coaching designates at its sole discretion.
Focalpoint Coaching provides approximately 44 hours of training, either online or in person, though the specific number of hours depends on their assessment of the franchisee's experience and needs. The training utilizes the Operations Manual and various instructional materials. Franchisees must complete the initial training program to Focalpoint Coaching's satisfaction before opening and operating their Focalpoint Coaching franchise.
If the initial training is conducted in person, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the cost of supplied food and reasonable lodging expenses for the franchisee while they are participating in the training program. However, the franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred while traveling to and from the designated training location.
