What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Focalpoint Coaching Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire does not apply to franchises located in Hawaii. The document explicitly states that the questionnaire should not be signed if the franchise is to be operated in Hawaii.

This means that prospective Focalpoint Coaching franchisees in Hawaii are not required to complete the questionnaire as part of their franchise agreement. The questionnaire is used by Focalpoint Coaching to determine if any unauthorized statements or promises were made to the franchisee during the sales process.

This exclusion for Hawaii-based franchises may be due to specific franchise laws or regulations in that state. Prospective franchisees should consult with a franchise attorney to understand the implications of this exclusion and how it might affect their rights and obligations as a Focalpoint Coaching franchisee in Hawaii.
