According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you (or your managing owner) or your Business Manager cannot complete the initial training program to Focalpoint Coaching's satisfaction, Focalpoint Coaching has the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. In this case, you may receive a refund of a portion of the initial franchise fee. Item 5 of the FDD provides further details on the initial franchise fee. Section 4.A. of the Franchise Agreement also contains additional information.

Initial training is a crucial step, and you (or your managing owner) or your Business Manager must complete it to Focalpoint Coaching's satisfaction before you can open and begin operating your Focalpoint Coaching franchise. The initial training fee is $16,950, payable when you sign the Franchise Agreement. The training program consists of approximately 44 hours of training, which Focalpoint Coaching will provide either online or in-person, depending on their opinion of your experience and needs.

Focalpoint Coaching aims to be flexible in scheduling training to accommodate their personnel, you, and your personnel. However, failure to meet their standards during training can lead to the termination of your Franchise Agreement and a potential partial refund of your initial franchise fee. This underscores the importance of thorough preparation and active participation in the training program to ensure you meet Focalpoint Coaching's requirements for operating a franchise.
