- (10) all data and other information generated by, or used in, the operation of the Franchised Business, including client names, addresses, phone numbers and other information supplied by any client, and any other information contained at any time and from time to time in the Computer System or that visitors to the Franchised Business (including Franchisee and Franchisee's personnel) provide to the Website for the network of FocalPoint Franchised Businesses;

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focalpoint Coaching Franchise Disclosure Document, client names are considered confidential information. As a Focalpoint Coaching franchisee, you are explicitly prohibited from using client information in any way not authorized by the franchisor. Specifically, the FDD states that client names and information supplied by any client is considered confidential.
This means a Focalpoint Coaching franchisee cannot sell, distribute, or otherwise make available client names or related data to any unauthorized person or entity. The franchisee only has the right to use this information as specified by Focalpoint Coaching while operating the franchise.
