What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must pay a training fee for associates. Specifically, the initial training fee for each associate hired or retained is $16,950. This fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
In addition to the training fee, the Focalpoint Coaching franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for their associates attending the training. However, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the costs of supplied food and reasonable lodging during the initial training program.
It is important to note that these training fees also apply to new business managers approved by Focalpoint Coaching. Furthermore, Focalpoint Coaching may charge for additional training, refresher courses, or special assistance needed or requested by the franchisee or their personnel, with costs not exceeding $1,000 per person per day.
