We formed the Engage Group ("Engage"), an advisory council which advises us on advertising policies for the Franchise System. The Engage is comprised of one FocalPoint AR Business franchise owner, two to three FocalPoint Franchised Business franchise owners, and one of our representatives. franchise owners and FocalPoint AR Business franchise owners. We have the right to change or dissolve the Engage.
