- As discussed in Item 8, identify the Operating Assets, Proprietary Products, equipment and supplies that you must use to develop and operate the Franchised Business, the minimum standards and specifications that you must satisfy, and the designated and approved suppliers from whom you must or may buy or lease these items (which may be limited to and/or include us, our affiliates, and/or other specified exclusive sources). You must obtain and use in your Franchised Business a desktop or laptop computer system containing the computer hardware and/or operating software we may specify (the "Computer System"). (See Items 7 and 8 above) You will need a Computer System for each Associate you hire or retain to assist you with the provision of the Services to your clients. You may obtain the Computer System from any vendor so long as the Computer System meets our specifications. We estimate that your purchase of the Computer System will cost between $500 and $5,000. The types of data to be generated or stored in the Computer System include sales and client information. You will be solely responsible for the acquisition, operation, maintenance, and upgrading of the Computer System. You must also license the CRM system and application service systems from our designated supplier, currently, HubSpot, for management and support services. You must pay us a CRM system set up fee in the amount of $1,000, plus any applicable taxes, when you sign the Franchise Agreement and an ongoing monthly license fee in the amount of $75 per person. You will need to pay the CRM system set up fee and the ongoing monthly license fee for each Associate you hire or retain. We may increase the monthly fee for the CRM license at any time commensurate with cost increases by our designated supplier with prior written notice to you. (See Items 5 and 6 above).

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Focalpoint Coaching does designate and approve suppliers from whom franchisees must or may buy or lease certain items. Specifically, Focalpoint Coaching identifies the Operating Assets, Proprietary Products, equipment, and supplies that franchisees must use to develop and operate their Franchised Business.
The FDD specifies that franchisees may obtain the required Computer System from any vendor, provided it meets Focalpoint Coaching's specifications. The estimated cost for the Computer System ranges from $500 to $5,000. However, franchisees must license the CRM system and application service systems from Focalpoint Coaching's designated supplier, currently HubSpot.
Franchisees are required to pay Focalpoint Coaching a CRM system set up fee of $1,000, plus applicable taxes, upon signing the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, there is an ongoing monthly license fee of $75 per person, which applies to each Associate hired or retained. Focalpoint Coaching retains the right to increase the monthly fee for the CRM license, commensurate with cost increases by their designated supplier, with prior written notice to the franchisee.
