What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the CRM setup fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Upon signing the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must pay Focalpoint Coaching a $1,000 CRM setup fee, plus applicable taxes. This fee covers Focalpoint Coaching's initial setup procedures for the customer relationship management system.

The CRM setup fee is fully earned by Focalpoint Coaching when the franchisee signs the agreement. Additionally, if the franchisee retains or hires an associate, they must pay an additional CRM Setup Fee. This additional fee is also non-refundable under any circumstances.

Franchise agreements typically include various fees for services and systems provided by the franchisor, and it is common for these fees to be non-refundable, as they cover the franchisor's costs in setting up and providing those services. Prospective Focalpoint Coaching franchisees should factor this non-refundable fee into their initial investment calculations and understand that this fee will not be returned, regardless of the franchisee's success or decision to terminate the agreement.
