What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the initial training is conducted in person, Focalpoint Coaching will cover supplied food and reasonable lodging expenses for attendees participating in the initial training program. However, franchisees are responsible for all travel and living expenses, wages, and worker's compensation insurance for themselves, their managing owner, associates, and employees while traveling to and from the training facility or designated location.

Focalpoint Coaching offers approximately 44 hours of initial training either online or in-person, at their discretion. Franchisees must also pay an initial training fee of $16,950 when signing the Franchise Agreement. Additional attendees beyond the first are subject to the then-current training charge for each additional person.

This means that while Focalpoint Coaching covers lodging and food during in-person training, the franchisee must budget for travel costs, employee wages, and any additional training fees for extra attendees. If the training is online, the franchisee is responsible for all costs.
