You must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the day on which you propose to begin operating the Franchised Business. You may not open or begin operating the Franchised Business until: (1) we notify you in writing that the Franchised Business and the Office meet our standards and specifications; (2) you (or your managing owner) or your Business Manager complete initial training to our satisfaction; (3) you pay the initial franchise fee and other amounts then due to us; and (4) you give us certificates or other evidence we require for all insurance policies we may require.
