Is the computer software proprietary to Focalpoint Coaching considered Confidential Information?

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, computer software that is proprietary to Focalpoint Coaching or the franchise system is considered Confidential Information. The FDD specifies that this includes digital passwords and identifications, source code, data, reports, and other printed materials generated by the software.

As a Focalpoint Coaching franchisee, you acknowledge that you will not acquire any interest in the Confidential Information, other than the right to use it as specified by Focalpoint Coaching during the agreement's term.
