This guidance is provided through the operations manual, bulletins, electronic media, telephone consultations, or at Focalpoint Coaching's or the franchisee's office. If a franchisee requests additional or specialized guidance, they may incur charges for Focalpoint Coaching's personnel's per diem and travel expenses.
