What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for specific expenses beyond the initial training fee for Associates and Business Managers. The initial training fee for each Associate or Business Manager is $16,950.
Beyond this training fee, the franchisee must cover all travel and living expenses for their personnel attending the training. However, Focalpoint Coaching will cover the costs of supplied food and reasonable lodging during the initial training program.
This means that while Focalpoint Coaching provides some support by covering food and lodging during the initial training, the franchisee needs to budget for transportation costs to and from the training location, as well as any additional living expenses not covered by the franchisor. These uncovered costs could include expenses like travel to the training site and incidentals.
