What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focalpoint Coaching Franchise Disclosure Document, an Associate is considered hired or retained for the purpose of calculating the Continuing Service and Royalty Fee on the first day of the month after they complete the training program to Focalpoint Coaching's satisfaction.
This means that a Focalpoint Coaching franchisee will begin incurring additional royalty fees for each Associate they hire or retain once that Associate has successfully completed the required training program. The franchisee must pay the royalty fee on or before the first day of each month.
It is important for prospective Focalpoint Coaching franchisees to understand this policy, as it directly impacts their ongoing costs. Franchisees should ensure their Associates complete the training program promptly to maximize their productivity and revenue generation, while also being aware of the additional royalty obligations that will arise upon completion of the training.
