Franchisee (or Franchisee's Managing Owner) is solely responsible for all employment decisions for the Franchised Business, including hiring, firing, remuneration, personnel policies, training, benefits, and maintaining supervision and discipline, regardless of whether Franchisee received advice from Franchisor on any of these subjects.
