What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, both area representatives and unit franchisees must pay an annual conference registration fee. This fee covers Focalpoint Coaching's costs related to the annual national and/or regional conferences for franchisees.

Specifically, the FDD states that this fee is due beginning in the thirteenth month after the execution of the franchise agreement. This means a new Focalpoint Coaching franchisee will not have to pay this fee during their first year of operation, but will begin paying it in the second year.

Prospective franchisees should budget for this annual expense and factor it into their financial projections. It is also important to note that attendance at these conferences is mandatory, so this fee is not optional.
