What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a new franchisee must pay an Initial Marketing Fee of $2,950. This fee is due in a lump sum when the Franchise Agreement is signed.
In addition to the initial fee, a franchisee must also pay an additional Initial Marketing Fee for each associate they retain or hire. However, this fee is waived for franchisees operating a Focalpoint AR Business under an Area Representative Agreement, provided they sign the AR Addendum.
The Initial Marketing Fee is used by Focalpoint Coaching to cover the costs associated with direct marketing efforts aimed at securing clients for the franchisee's Focalpoint Coaching business. This means the fee directly contributes to activities intended to help the franchisee attract customers and build their client base.
