F. RIGHTS FRANCHISOR RESERVES.
Franchisor and Franchisor's affiliates retain all rights with respect to FocalPoint Franchised Businesses, the Marks, the sale of identical, similar or dissimilar products and services, and any other activities Franchisor deems appropriate whenever and wherever Franchisor desires.
