What This Means (2025 FDD)
Yes, according to Focalpoint Coaching's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Focalpoint Coaching will advise franchisees regarding employee training during the operation of the franchised business. Specifically, Focalpoint Coaching will guide franchisees on standards, specifications, and operating procedures and methods that FocalPoint Franchised Businesses use, including employee training. This guidance is provided through the Operations Manual, bulletins, electronic media, telephone consultation, or at Focalpoint Coaching's office.
Focalpoint Coaching may also require franchisees' associates and non-coaching employees to complete initial and ongoing training programs to Focalpoint Coaching's satisfaction. Focalpoint Coaching may charge a fee for training associates and non-coaching employees. The franchisee is responsible for all related travel and living expenses and wages incurred in connection with the franchisee and their associates, non-coaching employees, and any other employees attending these training programs.
This support is a typical element of franchise systems, where the franchisor provides ongoing operational guidance. Franchisees should clarify the scope and frequency of this employee training support with Focalpoint Coaching to fully understand the level of assistance they can expect.
