- No Other Modifications. The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that this Addendum does not modify or amend the Area Representative Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Except as expressly set forth herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
