Does Focalpoint Coaching acknowledge that Franchisor has the right to restrict their sources of other goods and services?

According to the 2025 Focalpoint Coaching Franchise Disclosure Document, Focalpoint Coaching acknowledges that the Franchisor has the right to restrict the franchisee's sources of proprietary products. Additionally, the franchisor retains the right to restrict the franchisee's sources for other goods and services. This provision means that as a Focalpoint Coaching franchisee, your ability to choose suppliers for certain products and services necessary for your business operations may be limited. They also reserve the right to charge manufacturers or suppliers a royalty for the right to manufacture products for use in a Focalpoint Coaching franchise.
